Day 1 : Arrival on Kathmandu International Airport :
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Later today, you will meet your experienced guide for a pre-trek briefing—a perfect opportunity to review the final details and answer any remaining questions about your upcoming journey to Everest Base Camp.
Day 2 :Half day Sightseen of Kathmandu city :
Embark on a tour of Kathmandu’s major sporting attractions, including the Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Monkey Temple, and the ancient city of Bhaktapur.
Day 3 : Drive to Airport & Flight to Lukla & Trek to Phakding :
Due to recent regulations and upgrades, your journey to Lukla now begins with a 4-hour drive from Kathmandu to Manthali Airport, followed by a scenic 20-minute flight. Upon landing, our local porters will be waiting to welcome you as you begin your trek, descending toward Phakding along a trail lined with Tibetan prayer flags and the peaceful sound of locals reciting mantras (B/L/D).
Day 4 : Phakding to Namche :
Today's 6-hour trek leads through lush forests, traditional villages, and alpine yak pastures, offering stunning views of Thamserku as you enter Sagarmatha National Park. After lunch, you will ascend to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,280 ft), the vibrant heart of the Khumbu region and the largest Sherpa village, which serves as the central hub for major expeditions and a great spot to pick up last-minute supplies or chocolates. You will spend the night at a local lodge (B/L/D).
Day 5 : Acclimatization Day in Namche :
Today is an acclimatization day, but we won’t be idle. Being active is the best way to acclimate. We can hike around or visit the Khumjung village school established by Sir Edmund Hillary. We’ll have stunning views of several prominent peaks, including Mount Everest.
Day 6 : Namche to Tengboche :
Today’s scenic trail offers smoother terrain with excellent photography opportunities of Stupas, prayer flags, and Ama Dablam. The highlight is a final switchback climb to the iconic Tengboche Monastery, rewarding you with breathtaking panoramic vistas. Here, you can explore the grounds, light traditional butter lamps, or attend a spiritual service.
Day 7 :Acclimatization or Rest Day at Tengboche :
This acclimatization day in Dingboche helps your body adjust to the higher altitude while offering stunning views of Ama Dablam and the surrounding peaks. The stone-walled village is known for its high-altitude crop fields, and you can spend the day taking optional side hikes to Ama Dablam Base Camp or nearby Chhukung for panoramic vistas of Lhotse and Makalu. You will spend another overnight night in Dingboche (B/L/D).
Day 8 : Tengboche to Ama Dablam Base Camp :
Departing Tengboche, the trail ascends steadily toward Ama Dablam Base Camp (4,600 m / 15,091 ft). This scenic journey takes you through rugged, high-altitude landscapes, offering breathtaking, close-up views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks. As the terrain becomes more dramatic, each step brings adventurers closer to the base camp—the staging ground for the push toward Ama Dablam's towering summit and a truly unforgettable highlight of the region.
Day 9-22 : Ascent of Mt. Ama Dablam :
The summit window for Ama Dablam opens between Days 9 and 22 of the expedition, serving as the ultimate culmination of weeks of rigorous physical and mental preparation. Navigating steep, technically demanding terrain in thin air, climbers will push their limits to conquer this iconic, majestic peak. Reaching the pinnacle rewards you with an overwhelming sense of triumph and unmatched, breathtaking panoramic views across the Himalayas—the defining milestone of the entire journey.
Day 23 : Back to Base Camp. :
Following your triumphant summit of Mount Ama Dablam, you will begin your descent back to Base Camp. The rugged trek down offers a chance to safely navigate the steep terrain while taking in the spectacular Himalayan scenery from a new perspective. Arriving back at the familiar comforts of the camp, you can relax, celebrate your achievement, and reflect on the incredible mental and physical challenges you conquered to reach the peak.
Day 24-25 : Base Camp to Namche via Dingboche and Tengboche :
Leaving Everest Base Camp, you will retrace your steps through Dingboche and Tengboche back toward Namche Bazaar. On the way back, you have the option to take a remarkable helicopter flight directly to the renowned Everest View Hotel, or choose to land at Lukla to formally conclude your expedition. Please note that this helicopter flight is an optional upgrade not included in the package price, but our team is happy to arrange it upon request to add another memorable chapter to your adventure.
Day 26 : Namche to Lukla :
After a seven-hour downhill trek, we will arrive at Lukla. Here, we will spend the rest of the day relaxing and preparing for our flight back to Kathmandu, which is scheduled for the following day. Lukla is located at an altitude of 2,840 meters and is the starting point of our trek. We will be staying overnight at a guesthouse before heading to the airport.
Day 27 : Lukla to Manthali-Kathmandu :
Attention Trekkers: Due to seasonal regulations, flights between Kathmandu and Lukla are rerouted through Manthali Airport. Your journey includes a 5-to-6-hour drive from Kathmandu to Manthali to catch your flight to Lukla, and a flight to Manthali followed by a scenic drive back to Kathmandu on your return.
Day 28 : Departure for sweet home country. :
Get ready for your next adventure as we bid you farewell after breakfast. Our representative will be there to assist you with your transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport, where you’ll take off to your next destination. Please keep in mind that the standard check-out time at the hotel is 11 am. However, if you plan to stay longer in Nepal or your flight departs later in the day, don’t hesitate to let us know, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements. Safe travels!
