Day 1 : Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport :
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, a representative will greet you and arrange your transfer to the hotel. Later in the day, you will meet your trek leader for a comprehensive briefing on your upcoming Everest Base Camp trek, where you can complete gear checks and address any final questions.
Day 2 : Half day Sightseen of Kathmandu city :
Embark on a tour of Kathmandu’s major sporting attractions, including the Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Monkey Temple, and the ancient city of Bhaktapur.
Day 3 : Drive to Airport & Flight to Lukla & Trek to Phakding :
Flights to Lukla are now departing from Manthali Airport, which is a 4-hour drive from Kathmandu, due to recent regulations and upgrades. After the drive, there will be a 20-minute flight to Lukla from Manthali. Our local porters will be waiting to welcome you. As we descend to Phakding, you’ll see Tibetan prayer flags and hear locals reciting mantras along the trail
Day 4 : Phakding to Namche :
The trail ascends through pine forests, traditional villages, and yak pastures, passing Thamserku at the Sagarmatha National Park entrance. After lunch, a steady climb leads to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,280 ft), the Khumbu region's vibrant hub and a great spot for last-minute supplies. This 6-hour trek ends at a local lodge for the night (B/L/D).
Day 5 : Acclimatization Day in Namche :
Today is an acclimatization day, but we won’t be idle. Being active is the best way to acclimate. We can hike around or visit the Khumjung village school established by Sir Edmund Hillary. We’ll have stunning views of several prominent peaks, including Mount Everest.
Day 6 : Namche to Tengboche :
The scenic trail winds past stupas and prayer flags, offering excellent photo opportunities and stunning views of Ama Dablam. A dusty switchback climb leads to the day's highlight: Tengboche Monastery. Here, you can take in breathtaking panoramas, attend a Buddhist service, and light traditional butter lamps before turning in at your lodge (B/L/D).
Day 7 : Acclimatization or Rest Day at Tengboche :
This acclimatization day in Dingboche helps your body adjust to the higher altitude. Surrounded by stone-walled fields, the village offers striking views of Ama Dablam and Everest. You can use the day to take optional acclimatization hikes toward Chhukung or the ridge above Pheriche for panoramic views of Lhotse and Makalu before returning to your lodge (B/L/D).
Day 8 : Tengboche to Dingboche :
After breakfast, you will hike through birch and rhododendron forests, enjoying panoramic views of mountains over 8,000 meters. The trail descends to cross the rushing Imja River before ascending to Pangboche village, where you can explore its ancient, revered monastery. Continuing through the captivating Imja Valley alongside the meandering Lobuche River, you will reach Dingboche to rest and rejuvenate for the night
Day 9 : Dingboche to Louche :
After breakfast, a steady climb leads to Dughla before you traverse the steep moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. Along the route, you will pass Chupki Lhara, a moving memorial site adorned with prayer flags for fallen climbers, including Babu Chiri Sherpa. Continuing through the glacier's sprawling terrain, you will reach Lobuche to rest for the night, rewarded with stunning vistas of Pumori and Khumbutse
Day 10 : Lobuche to Everest Base Camp :
After an early breakfast, a steady 3-to-4-hour trek from Lobuche brings you to the fabled Everest Base Camp ($5,400\text{ m}$ / $17,716\text{ ft}$). While the true summit of Everest is hidden from direct view here, the overwhelming scale of the surrounding giants is unforgettable. You will spend a unique night sleeping at the base camp itself, surrounded by the icy expanse under a star-studded sky
Day 11 : Preparation and Rest. :
We allocate two additional days at Base Camp to complete gear preparation and essential acclimatization. Giving your body this crucial time to adapt to the extreme altitude significantly reduces the risk of acute mountain sickness (AMS) before climbing higher. Your safety and well-being remain the top priority during this preparation phase.
Day 12-58 : Ascent of Mt. Everest :
On Day 12, you will depart Base Camp supported by an experienced team of Sherpa guides and porters dedicated to ensuring a safe, seamless climb. The journey to the summit of Mt. Everest and back takes approximately 45 days, culminating in a life-changing achievement as you stand atop the world's highest peak.
Day 59 : Back to Base Camp. :
Following your triumphant summit, you will begin the descent, retracing your route back to Base Camp. On Day 59 of the expedition, you will reach these familiar grounds, filled with a profound sense of accomplishment. Resting at Base Camp once more, you can reflect on the immense perseverance and courage that fueled your successful ascent, carrying the lifelong memories of this transformative journey.
Day 60-62 : Base Camp to Namche via Dingboche and Tengboche :
Leaving Everest Base Camp, you will retrace your steps through Dingboche and Tengboche back to Namche Bazaar. Alternatively, you can opt for an optional helicopter flight directly to the famous Everest View Hotel or fly straight to Lukla to conclude your expedition. Please note that this helicopter flight is not included in the package, but our team is happy to arrange it upon request (B/L/D).
Day 63 : Namche to Lukla :
After a seven-hour downhill trek, you will arrive back in Lukla (2,840 m / 9,317 ft), where your journey originally began. You will spend the rest of the day relaxing at a local guesthouse and preparing for your flight back to Kathmandu the following morning (B/L/D).
Day 64 : Lukla to Manthali-Kathmandu :
Attention Trekkers: Due to peak-season aviation regulations, flights between Kathmandu and Lukla are rerouted through Manthali Airport in Ramechhap. For your return journey, you will take a short flight from Lukla to Manthali Airport, followed by a scenic 5-to-6-hour drive back to Kathmandu, providing a great opportunity to enjoy the beautiful countryside views along the way.
Day 65 : Departure for sweet home country. :
After breakfast, our representative will assist with your transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight, marking the official end of your adventure. Please note that the standard hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM; however, if you have a later departure or wish to extend your stay in Nepal, let us know and we will happily make the necessary arrangements.
